Welcome to Stella Nova! We do things a little bit different around here, perhaps you’ve always collected Crystals, been interested in manifestation, or juststumbled across us by accident. However you found us, welcome to Stella Nova - we do Crystals and Manifestation, differently.
We bring together extraordinary hand picked Crystals, neuroscience backed Manifestation, community, curiosity, everyday practice and ritual. There’s room here for the collector, the spiritual explorer, the enthusiastic beginner and the person who's just looking - there's no doing it wrong, no mistakes and no right way of doing it - just YOUR way (and we'll help you find it if you haven't already, and develop it further if you have!)
Start with curiosity, intention and intuition. You don’t need to memorise fifty Crystal meanings before choosing your first piece, or feel a dramatic sensation when you hold one. Just see what you're drawn to, sometimes that tells you everything you need to know!! You might just like the colour, the texture, an unusual inclusion or the way it catches the light. You might be drawn to its spiritual associations or you might just think it’s beautiful - those are all perfectly good places to begin.
At Stella Nova Co., we love learning about what a Crystal is, where it comes from and what makes an individual piece interesting and of course, we also explore the meanings, traditions and stories associated with it.
What do Crystals actually DO?
Crystals have their own energetic field, they're an object to treasure, part of a spiritual practice or an energetic or physical reminder of something you want to Manifest and bring into your life. For some people, working with Crystals is deeply energetic and intuitive, others find their value in the ritual, symbolism and moment of attention they create. Each Crystal can create a different feeling too. Our approach makes space for spiritual meaning while being clear about what evidence can establish - you can appreciate both the science and the mystery without making either do the other’s job.
Crystals and Manifestation, the Stella Nova way
In The Stella Code™, I bring Crystals into a Manifestation practice backed by neuroscience and built around regulation, intention and action. That means giving yourself a moment to settle, getting honest about what you want, looking at the beliefs and patterns influencing your choices. Then taking action - steps towards the life you’re trying to create. A Crystal lends it's energy field to yours during this process and becomes an anchor within it - something you see, hold or return to as a reminder of your intention.
If you’re working with courage, for example, your Crystal might sit beside your laptop while you send the email you’ve been avoiding. If your intention is peace, it might mark the point in your evening when you put the phone down. The Crystal has a role. So do you.
Buying a Citrine and waiting for your bank account to develop ambition is a tempting strategy, but I would suggest a supporting action!!
Choose a Crystal you want to spend time with
There are three easy ways to start:

Follow your curiosity. Choose a Crystal you keep coming back to.

Start with an intention. Explore Crystals traditionally associated with courage, love, abundance, peace etc...

Start with the Crystal. Learn about a Crystal, formation or inclusion that fascinates you.
You can combine all three. You can also change your mind as you learn. You can go with your gut feeling at any point in time. There's no requirement to buy an entire collection immediately, no need to have a specific list or one of each Crystal (although I appreciate that this information may arrive slightly too late for some of us!!)
Give it a place in your day
Once you have your Crystal, try this:
Choose one intention. Make it meaningful to your life now.
Give the Crystal a role. Perhaps it sits beside your journal or becomes something you hold during a quiet moment.
Connect it with an action. Ask “What could I do today that supports this intention?”
Return to it. Let it become a familiar reminder, rather than another lovely thing you forget you own.
